I lost my kit ID. What do I do?

Your kit ID is a unique sequence of letters and numbers that directly ties your sample to your results. Each kit comes with a customer care card inside, which contains instructions for how to register your kit at SoilKit365.com and also your kit ID for registration. If you have already sent your sample and registered your kit, you should receive your results by email within 24 to 48 hours after the lab receives your sample. You can find your Kit ID in the yellow highlight box at the top left of your SK365 results page (for example, SKT6NK in the image at left). If you have not registered your kit and have misplaced the customer care card, you may also be able to find you ID on your sample bag or your mailing label.
