My Kit ID won't register. What do I do?

First, ensure you are using your Kit ID. It's around 6-8 characters long, usually including both letters and numbers, and it can be found on your sample bag or on your customer care card (under the QR code). It's different from your receipt number or your USPS tracking number. Click here for details on locating your Kit ID and registering your kit.

Then, verify that you are entering each alpha or numeric character correctly, especially any commonly confused characters. For example, the zero (numeric) will have a slash through it, but the letter O will not.
