Lost Your Kit ID?

Your kit ID is a sequence of letters and numbers that directly ties your sample to your results. Each kit ID is different and is very important for you to be able to receive your results. Each kit should come with an customer care card inside, which contains instructions for how to register your kit at SoilKit.com and also your kit ID for registration. If you have not registered your kit and have misplaced the customer care card, you may also be able to find you ID on your sample bag or your mailing label. 

If you have already sent your sample and registered your kit, you should receive your results by email within 24 to 48 hours after the lab receives your sample. If you sent your kit, but did not register it before sending and have lost your kit ID, you may contact SoilKit by e-mail, phone, or even chat with a representative through our website.
